Old Crones & Snapping Turtles

turtle.jpgWithout Predudice:

It seems there is a need for an independent 'as titled' thread.

Can we share, say what we would like to say, think what we want to think, even be nice to each other (optional)

(Without religion or politics) (please)(pretty please).

Think I come under the Old Crone bit.

Thanks, lol. I saw an advertisement the other day...it was a Reagan western. He said something along the lines, "1st I'm a family man, then a sheriff, then, maybe a politician".  I might watch it.

As far as Brillcream...isn't that the greasy stuff guys used to put in their hair? I'm not sure if they still make it, but wouldn't it get all over the furniture?

Today I had my first "age spot?" removed! It's a start, lol.

That's why antimacassars were used, Jimmi.

AH HA! I've seen those, lol. I called them doilies(sp?). I thought they were a type of dust ruffle. Funny I never asked what those were.

Deb--geez that Californian Poppy hair oil was realy greasy and oily.

Reckon it leached through the glass bottle---put the bottle on a bench and overnight

the shape of the bottle in oil would appear...............................................................Richo.

There was another oil too, can't be sure but it had a deep green coloured label - Vaseline Hair Oil?

Oil and perfume rings.  I think that may be the reason for glass tops on dressing tables.???

Here's Nana's Mother's Day yearly offering from us.

Good afternoon Lion

Looks like you are in luck - you can now get green 'moulding' something or other.
