I bought an item on a site for my sister on 27th march, paid by using PP
I have concerns because on the invoice it states "Once your package ships we will send you an invoice with a link to track your order"
I recieved no email, called them twice then the answering machine goes off, and also emailed them - no replies.
My question is; when can i open an PP Item Not Recieved dispute? as i'm completely out of touch with this
Cheers.

waited until a week after the estimated delivery date (the 1st)
opened a dispute and got told its the virus, please give it a little longer
still not here.
i will be escalating on the 16th, thats when ebay allows me to.
i have bought from the seller several times, same item.
still, 4 weeks from interstate?
You know my last ebay purchase was running pretty late, but i didn't open a dispute because I knew POs would be flat out under these circumstances
Quick draw
You should recieve your item eventually though

I have a confession - I ordered - in plenty of time for Easter - a DVD - for my friend's Mum.
She is an avid Russell fan - ' A Good Year '.
Here we are isolating - thought it would give a couple of hours respite - & - enjoyment.
Didn't arrive - so had to find another gift.
Arrived today - hello - Easter is now a memory.
But I suppose the DVD - will not go amiss.
Watched it - actually quite entertaining. lol

Lot of eBay sellers use sendle, which suppose to pick up, and the tracking does not show until they pick up and scan. basically it is out of the seler's hands. I printed labels on Sunday, Sendle supposed to collect yesterday, and it is still here. They seem to be very busy.

However, you do not need to wait until 5th of May, you can escallate few days after you open the case. Just keep checking.

Sendle is not the courier. They outsource their services to couriers.
Usually it's Fastawy who everybody hates, cos they're hopeless.
Good luck not getting a neg.

Yes, I know, but Sendle has to hand the info to the courier, in my case the label says "courier please". Not sure who is to blame, I am just about to message the buyers. I did send some parcels with AP and they are still in transit week plus later.

Sorry. I did mean Fastway. Typo
Couriers Please is not much better, sorry

Ebay puts Sendle at the top so you think you have to use it, and they get their kickback

my cat food was coming via australia post with tracking, the tracking has not been updated since the 30th
just says 'picked up from sender' on the 27th of march
and a few 'in transits'
then on the 30th 'item processed at facility'
then nothing since

Well, it's hardly the sender's fault is it.
Maybe before going all gung-ho on an INR claim, you might contact the seller and get them to chase AP up.
I suppose it depends on whether you want to purchase from that (repeat) seller again. If you pulled a stunt like that on me, it would be the last time you ever bought from me. And I'm sure a lot of sellers would react the same.
