It's complete nonsense.
Just eat a balanced diet.

The 'Hot Violinist' follows and promotes the paleo diet. Check her out and see if you think it's working on her.

Any diet that excludes complete food groups is potentially dangerous.
Anyone who promotes it is clearly not too switched on.

same when I was that age. 5'11, 55kgs could eat like a horse and not gain. Once the middle age hit I had to eat less and move more. It's not about depriving yourself of anything or cutting out any food group it's just eating smaller portions.
I've lost 3.2kg in 3 weeks doing just that

The Paleo diet excludes diary and carbohydrates.....two food groups.

It doesn't exclude all carbohydrates.
But I am curious why it excludes legumes, dairy and grains.
