She puts herself "out there" according to that article in the OP, she has over 1 million followers on Twitter!

Michael Jackson managed to keep his children out of the spotlight when he was alive but you can bet his crazy circus family would not.  Was Michael ever allowed to have a normal childhood and family life?

No, he was exploited for the family industry, just as Paris will be.  She is a very pretty young girl and there's money to be made there.

I agree joono - I was thinking the same myself. Michael largely managed to keep his kids out of the spotlight, for that he does deserve credit. I doubt that behind the scenes their lives were even close to "normal", but I guess he did the best he knew ho to do (he had such fine role models from which to learn :|) and he did at least seem to keep them and their private lives away from public scrutiny.

Re: Paris Jackson

she is 15.... her guardian's should do their job.

I agree wholeheartedly, but we cannot in all fairness, blame the media for doing "their" job when it is the guardians of the child who are at fault. Additionally, the media only produce that which is demanded by the public.

TMZ reported.

"I don't know if there's anything I can do to solve your pain or help you with your problem but I wanted you to know that I am here for you,” Murray, 60, said in a recorded message posted on the gossip site.

Re: Paris Jackson

Paris said she 'wanted to be with her father'. 😞

If only they were adopted/fostered to a 'normal' family and not the same people that raised their father. The fact that Paris had tweeted her grandmother had gone missing is disturbing. Oh yes, she was just on holidays. You'd think the grandmother would have mentioned that to the grandchildren who LIVE with her.

Nuts.

What on earth is that supposed to mean? Anyone who posts on Twitter (or to a lesser extent FB) is 'putting themselves out there'.

I am not a Twit, myself, so maybe someone could tell me, if you have a Twitter account, do you actually have any control over who 'follows' you?

Re: Paris Jackson

she-ele you can block individual followers, but that would takes hours each day for someone with that many followers... besides, I remember she first went onto twitter because she had impersonators.
