Mix em all up whites with blacks with brown with yellows is an insult to all races.

On September 6th, in a beautiful ceremony at Footprints Resort in Preston Breach, my grandson married the love of his life. he is a 6 ft 3 white,Australian of   Anglo Saxon ancestry, she is 5 ft nothing and the daughter of Vietnamese migrants. they have been together for three years and the love they have for each other shines like a beacon

Should her family feel insulted on behalf of their race because she has married into my family?

Should I feel insulted on behalf of my race because he has married into hers?

Or should I dfeel very angry that anyone would suggest there was something insultng about the union of these two beautiful young people?

What a coincidence, She-ele.

One of my grandsons is 6'6" of white parents. His fiancee is 5'4" a native of fijian parents. They just bought a house together and their love and care for one another is obvious to all.

The whole family is pleased with this union.

One of my stepsons married an indigenous Australian girl 35 years ago and nobody blinked an eye of disaproval. One of their sons came to visit me only last week.

No matter what colour, nationality or religion, if they are good, decent and law abiding people I will love and welcome them in my home and my heart.

Pauline Hanson is banking on the ignorance and fear many people have of the unknown. I could easy tell what it is all about, but it would be a scroller and most likely bore some readers.

Just leave it to Icy, lind and ele.....I am sure she can produce enough indignation and offense for both of you.

And congratulations to both of you for having "foreigners" in your families....I am sure you will learn much about their cultures.

The best I can do is be married to a Canadian....it sometimes feels like I am married to a foreigner, an alien even, despite both of us having English heritage.

I just had my DNA done, mainly  European, English, Irish, French, German, but 1% south Asian slipped in there.

I think we all came out of Africa and Asia.
