There is no way the public will forgive them for penny pinching off pensioners. A measly $7 may sound like not much but it is a lot of money to pensioners. They are already struggling with gas, electricity and rates. It is a disgrace really. Charging pensioners for a doctors visit? It is not right.

these days $7 is not measly to anyone on a low income - it can be the difference between eating for a day or tightening the belt that bit further.
