People who know Bondi Junction, help please

I am driving to Sydney tomorrow to pick up a piece of furniture from Bondi Junction.  I imagine that parking/traffic will be hellish, so if someone who knows the area can give me some advice as to where to park etc that would be very much appreciated. 

I will be on my own so dashing in while someone drives "around the block" isn't an option.

the only place I know to park is in David Jones carpark?  Where are you picking it up from?  a private address?

Depends what time you are going and where on Oxford street you might find off street parking.

The shop might also have parking behind?
