Oooooopsie !!!
I thought that was a gale developing
One of my friends had an alarming story of a cat and a tiny Chihuahua puppy but I will refrain from repeating it or even thinking about it.
Out...out foul spot (thought) Begone !!!
Your zoo pics are marvelous by the way. Did you take Freddie with you 🙂

Do you have the time please M. Dali?
Taken in Andora.

If you were in the right place at the right "time", you could have taken the photo in Melbourne. The Dali timepieces were strung along the riverbank in the Arts precinct.

Dali had other talents as well. The Dali cheque book was one of them.
After a night of wining and dining with his multitude of acolytes, Salvador would take out his cheque book, write a cheque to pay the bill for all the food, drink, and cigars, and now comes the clever part, before handing over the cheque he would turn it over and do a quick sketch on the back and sign his 30 second artwork and THEN hand it over.
Oh, Mister Dali, you do me a great honour, I will never part with this.
The checks didn't go back to the Banko luckily as there was not enough to cover them in his later life.

I would have expected to cash in the artwork, as I would have been aware that it was not an individual gift...and I personally, am not much of a fan.
an actual sketch, that would be different 🙂
as it would on its own, hardly be likely to cover the dinner for multitudes, considering there would be tens of thousands of them.

Like you, Mr. Dali would have had egg on face if he dined I my restaurant, that sort of approach is way too transparent 🙂
I an told that some of those cheques have been offered on eBay 🙂
