Kevin Rudd trails in his own seat in shock poll finding for Labor
Exclusive: Guardian poll finds Rudd struggling to hold previously safe Queensland seat of Griffith
find this hard to believe, and Liberal strategists aren’t expecting to knock off Rudd - and yet...:
Kevin Rudd is trailing Liberal rival Bill Glasson in his apparently safe Brisbane seat of Griffith, in alarming news for Labor from the latest Guardian Lonergan poll.Glasson, who is running an intensive local grassroots campaign, leads Rudd on a two-party preferred ... The poll’s margin of error is 4%...
Bottom line: the poll is consistent with many others suggesting Rudd’s return is unlikely to deliver the swag of Queensland seats Labor needs to survive.

I don't believe it has made him look bad, it's all designed to take the focus off Abbott's failings, people arn't that stupid.

This appalling person has threatened war veterans that if they "bag" him they'll "get nothing"
This all falls into perspective as to the despicable character of this person.
His ad hominums attacks on Abbot is well documented . An aggressive rude bully who is well known for his foul language & bullying tactics.

We know one thing, if Rudd loses his seat & exits the political scene he will not be awarded the highest honour bestowed on a prime minister, The Order Of Merit.
His book will never attain the mega star sales that former Prime Minister Howard's has done. He will not be missed & mobbed on the street like Mr Howard is. People will not look back with yearning for Rudd's reign like they do with Hawke & Howard.
People will remember Rudd with wonder, wonder as to how a poisonous person like this became PM twice. How his war on Julia Gillard brought her down to the level of ignominy never before seen done to another PM or politician, rubbed out of recent memory, all at the hands of the vengeful scheming Rudd.
All this seems to be OK with Labor voters, they have acquiesced to the Rudd rise at the expense of merit or ethical morality, anything as long as they have a chance of winning.
One can only wonder at his 1st term as PM that saw his party reject him publicly & privately to such an extent the Rudd redux saw a fleeing of top line MP's from the cabinet & party who abhor him to the extent that they sacrificed their careers rather than serve him again. The few who debased themselves to cling onto their positions will be remembered as the traitors to the destruction of Labor on Sept. 7.

A Monumental Meltdown perhaps

If you want him to never be seen again ....Kevin Rudd would have to be dead ...if that is what you wish...then yes, it is too much for you to ask
