Kevin Rudd trails in his own seat in shock poll finding for Labor
Exclusive: Guardian poll finds Rudd struggling to hold previously safe Queensland seat of Griffith
find this hard to believe, and Liberal strategists aren’t expecting to knock off Rudd - and yet...:
Kevin Rudd is trailing Liberal rival Bill Glasson in his apparently safe Brisbane seat of Griffith, in alarming news for Labor from the latest Guardian Lonergan poll.Glasson, who is running an intensive local grassroots campaign, leads Rudd on a two-party preferred ... The poll’s margin of error is 4%...
Bottom line: the poll is consistent with many others suggesting Rudd’s return is unlikely to deliver the swag of Queensland seats Labor needs to survive.

Rudd being heckled & jeered in western Sydney today. Looks like the Rudeslide is unstoppable.

Special daily polls and late Friday polls run in Qld Labor seats shows Rudd in deep trouble & a massive loss of other seats, turning Qld into a bloodbath for Labor.
Backbenchers starting to panic & talk about how Rudd is not doing well, the pressure is showing & they have bunkered down in their own electorates, hitting the phones to try to save themselves.
Nothing Rudd does now seems to be working but they are banking on the $12 million dollars union warchest to blanket media next week with a massive scare & dishonest campaign. They are not launching their own campaign until Sun week so they can have a further 7 days to squander taxpayers money on themselves & their campaign even though they have this massive $12 million to spend.
The people have decided by the looks of every poll taken, some taken every day, saying Rudd is dead along with Labor, they want them out, time for a new broom.

For what it's worth I think that make-up artist was very unprofessional in going public with her comment on Mr Rudd. Don't people in professions like that have a certain code of conduct?
I'd be very surprised if she worked in her field ever again.
