Has anyone else been offered a one off payment of $10 to start using their PayPal account again?
Is this a scam?

Thanks all. OH has received the PayPal notice. Now the new question, how much do I have to grovel? I really blew this one.

Super nova-was last year---deleted in the emails now.

Was too complicated for an old bloke-havent been offered a new one.

To be honest -i havent found anything worth buying or bidding
