I agree, we can't. It's like putting fish in a fishtank, and closing the lid, never adding anything to their environment, Eventually they will breed, use up all their resources and die.
We are in a very big fish tank.

every time someone gets preggers you cheer as if that person had just invented rocket science or warp technologie.
it's not very difficult to become preggers, it's not an achievement. even insects who whave no conscious mind can manage that.
if the world population was 1 million. all in all. there would be no global warming, no chopping down of rain forests, no destruction to nature as we know it.
the root of the problem is overpopulation. doctoring around at the symptoms won't do a thing.
you can not cure a disease by treating the symptoms, you have to treat the disease itself.

Well for some people, it's pretty difficult to get preggies.

maybe it's the will of their god not to procreate?
or just common sense.

THis thread is confusing for me.
Are you begrudging people for having too many kids or you're point is it's no big deal getting pregnant?

uuhhhmmm my point is that breeding as if there was no tomorrow is not sustainable.
we know that the problem we have with global warming and the destruction of nature is due to too much people yet no one adresses it because it's politically unpopular.
my point is that even in a supposedly western enlightened country people still behave as if they lived in the middle ages.
we are NOT in the middle ages anymore. can you PLEASE stop behaving as if we lived in the middle ages?

I have a question lal, have you ever been pregnant or successfully procreated?
