Quentin Bryce - what a champion!

How great is this woman?

In the last of the Boyer lectures she imagines an Australia where human rights are pivotal, all marriage is equal and we are our own republic.

Politicians take note.

I have always admired her but now have concerns due to her family  involvement with the opposition leader. She is looking very tired, perhaps unwell?

oh no, she goes well beyond the job she is paid to do. There is something about this Lady, she just has something inside her, I don't know how to explain it, but she has an essence that is imparted into this position. It's not a job to her. It's a belief - I don't know how to explain, but she is an incredible lady with an inner quality not seen very often at all.

She truly is a Champion of our country, of all Australians, but also of people, no matter who or where they come from.

She truly does deserve the address of Her Excellency.

It will be very hard to replace her and to find anyone who can bring to this position the depth that m'Lady does. I have no doubt that others will be able to "do the job", but m'Lady does so much more and brings so much more to the table than "her job"

Some people can go their whole lives and never really live for a single minute.

she's speaking for 'her government' if this is the same person who swore them in,  as that was the way it was worded then. i wonder how many liberal MP's apart from turnbull might agree with her Smiley Happy
