Radio host Ben Fordham's claims Ms Gillard was being investigated by police

2GB host Ben Fordham told his listeners today he wanted to correct comments made by Ms Gillard during an interview in March that canvassed the AWU case.

Fordham said the police were still taking statements and had asked him to make a formal statement relating to the March 7 interview.

I'm not het up, not even close, I put it out like it is, I don't c&p long winded posts, endless links, trying to justify what this failed Labor govt. has done, trying to justify the litany of failures by casting back in desperation for anything, anything, to compare with what this failed Labor govt. achieved.

They will be leaving office with the proud fact that they have left a debt of over $250 billion whilst ignoring the fact that the Libs left a surplus of $80 billion, which Labor blew in the first year of their disastrous Rudd/Gillard failed govt.

You'll get the excuses that the Libs didn't spray out more welfare, bloat the public service, lie every day in office,  but hey, you can't have everything.

The lies & incompetence of Swan is writ large, his lies & manipulations & blunders, his cooking the books, his jumping & jerking, incomprehensible explanations to why he has failed so badly. He's a treasure's joke, brings down the office.

It beggars belief that anyone except the the luvvie would cast about for anything to defend this lot, even going so far as to quote that bloated criminal liar Gore.

So het up? no, defending Abbott? no, just telling it  like is, which is no surprise that many can't comprehend or recognise the truth after being subjected to the lies & spin of this failed Labor govt. for years.

LD - I hope you don't mind me using part of your post to put to LL, I would like him to give a sensible response and not the usual dribble, C and P answer we are used to getting from him.

No derogatory statements about anyone either side just no-nonsense, practical answers.

They have blown billions on what???

what have they done?

where's the money?

where's the roads, railways, dams, schools, universities, bridges, hospitals, anything??? Where is something to show for the billions spent & the over $250 billion debt we are left with, can anybody answer that honestly?

will it be more than $250 billion?.

The questions asked are questions JG and her party should but wont answer because they don't know the answers.

Its called bluff and dodging the inevitable bullet until September and JG and KS are becoming experts at this manoeuvre.

Anyone who thinks JG and KS cannot foresee the outcome of the September election would be as inane as they are, they know only to well she wont be PM on 15th September and that is why she is making these desperate promises (probably wont or not able to keep) but all these promises have conditions, nothing she promises is without conditions attached for the state governments which gives her an out "Oh I would have done it BUT the state premiers would not agree", that is a cop out excuse she can use when she does not succeed and blames others.

If they had budgeted wisely to carry out the promises made they would not need the state governments to contribute as much but sadly as I said before they blew the surplus within the first 12 months in office not giving any credible thought to the future.

Spending money hand over fist made them very popular for a while but it soon ran out and now we have to pay to fix it up.

On a state level in NSW - I voted for the present government after years of bad management by the labor party. I only know a little of Vic state government issues.

The labor party almost bankrupted NSW but in particular when Mr Carr was premier.

he went on to a great job with Macquarie bank and then as you know to Federal politics.

The next leader was used as a scape goat and I was a bit sorry for them.

To employ someone who I think was all but responsible for the mess in NSW only shows the incompetence of JG's ability to have honest people in her cabinet.

It will take a long time for Barry O'Farrell and his team to get NSW up and running again but he is making hard and unpopular decisions to make it happen, this is a prelude to what will happen when the libs win in September so buckle up for a bumpy but necessary ride.

They are running on empty, they know it, your comment on the "conditions" Miss Gillard is always attaching to everything she does is to protect HERSELF,  a lesson all politicians should look at closely in the future, the people see it & don't like it.

It hasn't worked in the past (see the Green/Labor  failed union) (see Wilkie) she betrays everybody just to cling onto power. She has been corrupted by power, everything she does is tainted by this corruption, she is deaf & blind, a mortally wounded lame duck.

She has to face the music for a lot of things including the union slush fund she enacted so her boyfriend could steal hundreds of thousands dollars from workers, a betrayal that beggars the mind. Her protection of Thomson for years & the go slow from her own entity Fair Work Australia which we all saw as a corrupt process. More hundreds of thousands of dollars stolen from workers.

The questions you ask cannot be answered here, why? because the only answer that makes any sense it to get rid of them & that is the train wreck that is heading towards them.

Such a loaded question. It assumes all monies have been wasted not spent on needed infrastructure, disaster repairs, health centres, schools, highways, pension increases and universities.
