Are there any around??

A relative has a birthday coming up, and I have no clue for a gift, I was thinking of a nice bottle of red (if such a thing exists *shudder*) between $30-$50. Any suggestions??

Ill need as much information as you can give me, I have no idea on wine that isnt a $4-$15 bottle of Moscato. LOL.

I think Port may be an option too, if anyone has any suggestions on that.

TIA Smiley Happy

Re: Red Wine Drinkers?

If you do go Lis, jot this down...

Bor Forras Hojas Baga (750ml bottle, red

extremely nice, smooth, fruity.. with a bit of spice

it's a mid 2000 vintage

They may have it

"Pieroth" do have it, also White - Feher Arany (white gold) mmmm, but, you can only buy12 bottles at a time (of whatever) - delivered

works out to about $30 a bottle

Signatures suck.

Re: Red Wine Drinkers?

Not yellowtail. It is a cheap everyday wine.

Penfolds makes wonderful wines.

Argentine wines are really good for the price. You can get a 92 to 93 (points )wine for 30 to 40 dollars.

I've grown really fond of port lately. I'd love a bottle of Port for my b'day. I'm not a big drinker, but a nice small glass of port at night once in a while is a real treat.
