do the refugees in Germany not realise that they are playing with fire , by aggressively flooding Germany's boarders and acting up once there , do they not realise that they are playing into the hands of the Neo nazi's, do they not remember history , ifear for the world if the average German be comes disenfranchised and angry as the nazi movement is long way from dead. History has shown and continues to show that what has been before can be again

Asylum seekers irrespective of their mode of arrival, like others that arrive in Australia without a valid visa, are classified by Australian law to be ‘unlawful non-citizens’. However, the term ‘unlawful’ does not mean that asylum seekers have committed a criminal offence.

Australia does not have an  illegal immigration  problem, why??? because a conservative govt took back  control of our borders.

Australia still has nearly 50 thousand illegal  immigrants in detention and in the community who have to  be assessed  because they tore up their  ID purely so they could spout the lies the smugglers taught them.

Immigrant advocates are working to overcome the laws of Australia, why? because they believe in open  borders.

Our location  is the main reason why we get so few asylum seekers. We haven't lost control of our borders since Darwin was bombed during WWII, even then, we didn't really lose control but our borders were breached.  All the people smugglers care about is money and what is in their own best interests - they are definitely not humanitarians. Who are these 50 thousand illegal immigrants in our detention centres and community?

I wonder what happened to them? Sri Lanka does not have a good human rights record as I recall

Mr Morrison rejected a United Nations report claiming Australia was acting in defiance of its international obligations.

Asked whether he had concerns for the safety of the 37 passengers returned to Sri Lanka, Mr Morrison said: “No I don’t. The screening process we have adopted, which was the same adopted by the previous government, ensures we have acquitted our obligations, as we must.

The returns were the first since July when a boat loaded with 41 nationals was intercepted by Australia. Sri Lanka charged them with illegally leaving the country, and their cases are due to be taken up by a court next May.

Australia has gifted two vessels to Sri Lanka’s navy to patrol its shores and stop boats leaving the island, as part of Canberra’s hard line border protection policy.

we do have a large number of  illegal migrants ( mostly overstayed visas)

but they are not in detention 

China, Malaysia and the US and the UK are largest visa 'over-stayers' here

it's actually quite a different scenario to the one you're portraying here
