I'm glad you're back on line Prim.  Telstra can be so difficult to deal with.  Luckily I don't have to do that too often but I answered one of those stupid customer service calls a while back and it took me a while to tell the man that I wasn't interested in any of his better deal plans and I hardly ever even use the landline except for taking sales calls and overseas scammers calls and surveys I'm not interested in.  I just need it for the internet.

Just dropping in to let you all know my dear old neighbour is doing much better today, the Doctor is amazed that she's still with us. She's not able to eat much, inside her mouth is sore from the dehydration.
