Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

"Round Table Revisited" (RTR)

Re: Round Table Revisited

My page is back to normal today.......must just have been a Friday thing.

Joono...........you will be pleased when it is all finished.

I bought some new curtains for our bedroom this week.............they look great...........I wasn't sure they would..............as I picked black.

We only have one room left to paint.............our eldest sons................and he is resistant.

I know why................he has heaps of computer parts he needs to sort through first.

But he is going over seas for a convention in Spring................so I will get in then and do it.

Good morning Stringers Smiley Happy

YOU doing retail therapy Deb?  You are kidding us aren't you?

Spoiler
Deb - our Stringer shopper!!!!

Nics is going to be a happy girl today with last night's results

Where did this week go?  It has been a busy one but now taking time out for the weekend 'activities' which don't include much in the way of activity.

Flashie it sounds like you have become our resident 'active' person these days Smiley Happy  Does MOMO start in Hobart this weekend?

I looked in briefly this morning and saw the soup thread - quickly changed my shopping list.  Vegetable and barley soup today - made some cauli soup during the week .....

You put me to shame though j*oono - not making my own stock today .... it's all about quick and easy for me Smiley Wink

Re: Round Table Revisited

I'm giving my stock pot a work out Laney.  You just can't beat real stock so I want to do some extra and freeze it.  If I had more freezer space it would be wonderful.

When are the Dockers playing this week.  Sunday again?

Subi at 5.40 this afternoon j*oono

They are playing the kangaroos so fingers crossed since the kangas beat them at subi last time Smiley Surprised

Good on you with the stock - I should do likewise

I will put it on my 'to do' list for when I have a bit of spare time available.

Are the painters in yet?

Today!  Son wouldn't have forgotten anyway.

Re: Round Table Revisited

The builders aren't paying for the painting Laney.  Just all the crack fixing and plastering.  All up the painting will cost about five and a half thousand.  It really needed refreshing anyway and as you said, no more nicotine anywhere.  I was naughty and did smoke just in my living area.  All gone now.

Re: Round Table Revisited

Ohhhh ok - I did not realise the builders would not be responsible for the painting.  Still it has to be done if only to get rid of all traces of nicotene.

My office is the worst for nicotene although we do smoke elsewhere in the house.

The AFL (and the Vic clubs) would be horrified at the thought of an all WA GF.  I would not mind a Dockers/Swans GF though Smiley Very Happy

Anyway - off to the 'soup kitchen' to get 'making'.  Catch up later j*oono
