Looks like I will have to go for two walks tomorrow..............I got bored today and did some cooking.
And of course then we ate it................lasagne and salad...........garlic bread..........choc chips banana muffins.
I some how don't think I will have lost any weight this week.
Week one of holidays is almost gone already............and I have done nothing.............![]()

hmmm winter food can be a problem by springtime.
We should go for a walk tonight too, before the artic blast hits us. I had a look for jupiter and venus and the space station, but it's so cloudy that i can't see a thing

Evening folks ![]()
Better late than never!!
Work/tennis/cricket/footy .......... its all go here
Cold today so didn't venture far - didn't even look for the Space Station last night Deb - just too cold.
Did have the most magnificent tawny frogmouth sitting on our clothes line though. He was enormous and all puffed up to keep warm - my favourite bird .... love their inscrutable looks. He was obviously on the look out for a wayward mouse. Hate to disappoint him but none around these days except in the office ![]()
Not looking forward to tomorrow - cold and wet if you can believe the forecast and I have to spend most of it out arrrgggghhh.
Good cooking and eating weather Flashie - don't beat yourself up for taking a break from your regime.

I was about to head for an early night but Laney! I didn't even know we had those birds here. It's funny because the birds have only just come back into our garden again. Mostly 28 parrots and little finch type birds.
Weird but I'm liking this weather. It's much easier to warm up than it is to cool down.

Hi j*oono ![]()
Our garden has been full of birds lately - all loving the natives we have planted and which have been flowering non-stop. Their chattering gets quite loud and the funny bossy little willy wagtails are so funny to watch.
The 28s have not been around much but they love one particular tree so when that is in flower I expect they will be back.
Know what you mean about this weather - don't mind the cold (got used to it in the mountains) but hate having to go out in the rain. Given up owning an umbrella here in Freo - going to have to dig out some wet weather gear tomorrow though.

I should be having an early night but Sharapova and Williams are about to play and, if I can stand the screeching and grunting, might watch for a while at least lol

Night Laney. I got caught up listening to the UK Voice blind auditions for some reason. Do you know they have Tom Jones and Jessie J as two of their judges? I've never been a fan of the show but I like those two.
Willy Wagtails? They are cheeky birds. They dive (skim) into the pool and play outside the window all morning. Not so much diving into the pool in this weather.
