Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

"Round Table Revisited" (RTR)

Re: Round Table Revisited

Well, either it wasn't as bad as expected or I must have been really, really tired, cos I slept right through it.

I think it was worse a bit further north. DS and DIL at  had left the marquee from grandson's wedding still standing at Footprints Resort  at Preston Beach. They were planing to dismantle it this morning, but the wind did it for them last night.Smiley Sad

Re: Round Table Revisited

Hi everyone,

Back home yesterday and sadly the procedure didn`t go ahead.I was sedated and he probed but couldn`t find any areas that he could attach the valves..coming out of the anesthetic I apparently thrased around abit so I have a few bruises on my arms and a sore side and tummy..oh well life goes on.I will be trying a ccpap machine to use at night as there is a problem with my airways whilst sleeping at night..anyway still alive and that`s the main thing!!

Hope everyone is well..seems Optus have been experiencing difficulties in my area of late as I haven`t been able to connect properly for a few days.

Re: Round Table Revisited

Hi Nic - sorry to hear your procedure couldn't be done - is there a chance they could try again?

My pre admission didn't go as smooth as it should have my oxygen level wasn't so good plus I had a temperature

she told me if I have a temp the day of the surgery they won't go ahead with it - I told her that's OK I will soon fix

that I will take a couple of disprin before I get here - she smiled and said saves me telling you to do just that Woman Happy

Re: Round Table Revisited

That's a shame Nic.   I was really hoping it would work for you.

Did you have twilight anaesthesia?

Daughter had that a couple of weeks ago and she thrashed around for a while too.

I got the bruises - she didn't

Shame with all that anticipation.    I thought it would be good for you
