Hi girls ~~~ been resting up and catching up on a few things i've had terrible heart burn from
some new medication but i've worked out if I eat food with the medication and drink heaps of water
it's not as bad.
Hope you alll survived the wet weather. I have to ring tomorrow after 2p.m. to find out what time

Hi Freddie, Deb and all our friends - present or not
Big day for you Monday Freddie - will be thinking of you
Things have settled down a bit at work - still busy - but this is 'be kind to me day' so I took half of it off
What was not done this afternoon will always be there tomorrow!
Started out as a beautiful day and then went downhill from there. Fence being replaced tomorrow ..... Freddie has yours all been fixed?
Won't be anyone home tomorrow as we are both working - hope the fencers do not damage the reticulation .... still it is hardly a first world problem if they do.
Any news in your neck of the woods Ladies?
I think TGSE was having her second cataract done today - sure it will all go well and she will be able to see around corners again lol

Traffic chaos on the Sydney Harbour Bridge this afternoon when a bus caught fire at Milsons Point.
We have had a few issues with some of our buses over here catching fire - wonder if it was a gas powered one.
I can just imagine the frustration of folks caught in that jam - it stretches for miles and miles (old-fashioned speak I know lol). Don't miss those traffic jams but I do laugh when folks here in the west complain about traffic jams ..... they really have no idea what a real one is lol lol

Hi Laney thanks for your well wishes.
The fence issue - The body corporate have a quote of $4,995 for colourbond - from what I hear next door wants palings - she may
change her mind once she finds out palings are dearer.
Silly women had a fella come the other day to start on the fence - he cleared all the palings
before Mr F went out and asked what his plans were - his plans involved starting on the fence without even quoting LOL had we not
stopped him next door would have been responsible for the entire cost. Some people have no idea.

I don't get in here that much myself either Towie... but nice to see you all the same
Freddie that's no good about the meds giving you bad heartburn like that... is there an alternative med??
hope you're in on Monday as planned and we'll all be thimking of you
fancy someone not getting a quote for putting up a fence, that's what i would call a bit risky... we had all ours done about 10 years ago, all good so far
Laney I saw a photo of the bus on fire on twitter, but i missed it on the news., did they happen to mention if it was gas powered??

Hi Deb and thanks ♥ - there probably is an alternative but I will persevere for now I won't see the Urologist until sleep time
so I will ask at my follow up appt - the good part is they are doing the job they were prescribed for so i'm
happy with that part of it. I need to be there by 12.45pm so roll on Monday.
We are leaving the fence to the Body Corporate they get paid to do our dirty work

not long to go now Freddie
Prim, you'll be very happy after the footy last night

Good morning Ladies
Was thinking about Prim yesterday Deb - it is 'primarily' her OH who is a Swans supporter. I think Prim follows another code but would be happy nonetheless.
Deb I asked the same question about whether it was gas-powered - didn't bother following up looking for the answer though.
RL really has got in the way of my getting in here much lately and I feel a bit out of touch with you all - and our MIAs - not sure when things are going to settle down ..... if ever. Seems the more I do, the more I find I have to do (if that makes sense). Would like to put a bull dozer through the office and start afresh but unfortunaterly that is not an option lol
Freddie - wise to leave the fence stuff to the body corporate - you have much more important things on your mind. I was surprised though that the paling fences would cost more than the colorbond ones - guess it is in the labour required to put each paling up!
I probably won't be able to get back here today so wanted to wish you all the very best for tomorrow dear lady - I am sure you are in the thoughts and hearts of all your friends who have the very same wishes for you.
Will keep in touch here and look forward with a positive outlook to good news from you.
~~~~ to other friends who are also doing it pretty tough right now - positive thoughts for you too ~~~~
