debra , i cant imagine how noisy and busy it must be in there now,
thankfully we have everything within walking distance or 7 mins drive away
and dont have to tackle it , dont know how people drive into there everyday for work and many do
the stress must be rotten

Crunch, smash, crunch, smash ........... I got one too ![]()
Nooooooo - I have not been spending all this time crunching and smashing! Don't want to wear myself out - have a whole year to do that ![]()
Gosh - the poor folks over east - Queensland fires and NSW floods. We used to joke about ending up with water views from the top of the mountains ..... now I feel awful about it
I was interested in your comments about your Sydney stay Deb. Had been reading about the disruption along George Street - that would be massive. Not a city person any more (at least not a Sydney person) but that would take the cake as far as I am concerned.
I hope you found your accommodation well located - think it would have been almost right in the middle of it ...... next to Australia Square wasn't it?
Off to another Christmas lunch tomorrrow - then away with friends for a few days on Sunday. No work for a week woooohooooo.
Keeping watch on you all even though I am not posting much at the moment. Remember you have to be good if you want Santa to visit - or naughty if you really don't care ![]()
Edited to correct lunch is NOT today - it's tomorrow ![]()

OMG I did not realise how that might have sounded!
Perish the thought that I might have had enough dirt under my nails for weeds to grow ..........
It's just NOT true but I am laughing nonetheless ![]()

....talking about weeding/gardening I have always though that railway sleepers are better used in the garden for vegetable plots than on the shoulder here on CS. Just my opinion of course ![]()
