I am doing a little gardening in this beautiful Melbourne day. (A cool 23c this morning)

I have taken some rose cuttings from house across the road, it's being bulldozed soon.

One from a peach coloured rose with a very strong scent and a black rose.

Hope they strike.

I have picked Freo and Cats in tipping but picked Sydney against Tigers. Hope I'm wrong.

Here's to a relaxing Easter. (holds up a glass of red................later)

Good luck with those roses.  Do you use any hormone rooting powder to help them along?  Either that or honey - honey is amazing!

Lovely day for gardening here today - after our results yesterday I can handle the most heavy duty work out there.

Happy Easter Laney & Kopes,

No I am at home  as we had our Easter get together yesterday. Melissa and the girls are away for a couple of days so I am Harley`s mum at the moment!:-) He slept on my bed with me and he slept all night without having to go out for a wee.

It was good to see Melbourne win last night it was a good game to watch. Here`s hoping Geelong will make me smile too.

We were pleased to see Melbourne win too Nics - our neighbours are supporters of theirs so we were pleased for them.  Those last two goals did the trick for them, having led for most of the rest of the game.  No idea why I dislike Port but I do - perhaps because of their previous president 😃

I put them in rain water with a dash of Seasol to get some growth at the base first then into soil and sometimes with a growth powder. Might try honey next time, thank you.
