Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

"Round Table Revisited" (RTR)

Re: Stringers

I need to wash, but it would blow off the line and end up on the rail way tracks  *now have mental image of my granny bloomers splattered across the train windscreen*

Laney, that's just EVIL.

Re: Stringers

Yep, they were lovely looking tomatoes, but I think I'll stick to horse poo for this crop.

(why didn't someone tell me I'm in the wrong dress, I only just noticed. Stupid boards)

Re: Stringers

Good morning everyone Smiley Happy

I am off to visit my new great nephew (or it could be grand nephew) today as he has just come home from the hospital.  He is a little nine week prem baby but by all accounts is doing really well and was allowed to go home with still another three weeks before he was actually due.

Have a good day everyone!

Joono

Re: Stringers

Good morning Stringers ๐Ÿ™‚

Great news about the veggie garden, pimpy. Horse poo will do the trick...I use sheep poo. You might need to rig a shade cloth over the tomatoes during December and January, otherwise they'll burn.

I'm in the process of nagging to get the lawns mowed, but apparently there are more important things to do first...such as drinking coffee and watching the car races on telly. It looks like sprouts for lunch.

Congrats for the baby, Joono!

Re: Stringers

Horse poo might do the trick but it will also bring more weeds as apparently they do not disgest the seeds as well as sheep do!

Still - at least you will be growing something Pimpy Smiley Wink

When is your garden bed being moved Karen?

Your visitor is obviously saving his strength for shovelling the soil Smiley LOL

Re: Stringers

Morning all

a new little bubba.....congrats joono.(I answered your q about pastels on the art thread, hope it helps).

I'm still waiting for OH to make some raised garden beds and will put shade cloth over the lot and maybe one side too.  If the wind keeps blowing like it has for the last couple of months it may only last a day ! Soooooo sick of it being windy !!!!

The xmas lunch on Friday wasn't a xmas lunch after all lol....thought it was a bit early.  It was a late mid year thankyou lunch, so I now have another xmas lunch to look forward to..Woo Hoo !

OH is on his way to East Timor, after seeing one of Ross Kemps "gang" programs a while ago, I'm hoping things are a bit safer there now.

Going to spend the arvo reading and not doing much.  Too unpleasant to venture outside.

Enjoy the day.

Re: Stringers

The big garden bed was moved a few days ago, Laney...it took 4 men and two trolleys. I supervised and helped balance it on top of the trolleys. If the lawn ever gets mowed I'll move the others this afternoon...they're not impossibly heavy.

Soul I'd love to go to East Timor, it has been on my bucket list for years. Nauru and Ethiopia too.
