SSM: Tony Abbott 'headbutted' by man wearing 'Vote Yes' badge in Hobart

whilst i normally dont condone violence, and i certainly dont in this instance,

who hasnt wanted to punch tony abbott on the nose at some point?

the man who did this should be charged with assault and delt with in the usual way.

no excuse for violence.

I do not condone this *mans*  actions in any way, but i did watch  his interviewon the news tonight.

He claims: 
This was NOT about Tony Abbotts support of the NO SSM campaign.

He claims it had nothing to do with the SSM at all, he just hates Tony Abbott and decided he would never have the chance again. AND he said, if he did have the chance again, he would most likely do it, depending on his sobriety!..... 

He claimed he was not a part of the YES SSM group, but that rather someone else had slapped a YES sticker on his jacket.

He's on bail  David.... he's not locked up.

it was a joke about him being locked up and yes the guy is a TOOL as you say.

but lets not forget tony eating the onion, TOOLS come in all shapes and sizes.
