What sorts of things do you use them for?

 

Are they a regular main protein in your diet?

Aah sardines.I remember as a youth fishing for them off the coast of Portugal with Vasco da Gama, but that was such a long time ago.Sigh.

Yucko, don't only the wrinkles eat sardines? And the English? I re bear my grandfather eating them on toast, and he was old and English.
