Scott Morrison Really Needs To Learn Some Manners

Grabbing a woman's arm and making her shake his hand when she didnt want to do it, was NOT a good look, it's called assault   .... If he had done it to me, I would have had him charged with assault. He has NO right to do this to anyone

He also did to one of firies, he got up and walked out in disgust, cant say I blame him

He needs to learn to keep his hands to himself

The reason LNP got in was because they managed to scare voters with "ALP is going after your money".  It was simple message.  ALP actually had policies, which were needed; unfortunately real policies are complicated, they cannot be explained in 3 words slogans.  Just like people voted to get rid of the CO2 tax because they were told power bills will be less.  Yes, reducing our emissions would have cost us something, not as much as it is costing now, and this is just the start.  The costs of not acting will be huge.  Just look around the world; if there are no fires, there are floods, and 1/2 of the USA has been buffered by unprecedented storms for weeks now.  The best Morrison can say is "I am not going to panic"

I suspect you are under rating the electorates combined intelligence. ( a regular problem for socialists who tend to think they know better than everyone else and treat the voting public in a condescending way ) John Howard took a complete revolution in new taxation ( the GST ) to the electorate and was voted in to implement it. It was a complicated policy of new taxation measures, but the LNP took the time to explain how it worked and why it would be in the countries long term interest and voters where willing to support the radical change.

The reason the ALP lost was because the policies they took to the election where too extreme left and socialist for the majority of the population. The silent majority of voters are not interested in the politics of envy. They understand that socialism in its purest form is a failed system of governance and are rejecting left wing parties in elections around the globe. Its not just an Australian issue.

Another problem for Australian Labor is that it has become too inbred. In the past it was represented by a range of people from academics, people with a science background, industrial leaders with socialist leanings as well as union representation. Unfortunately today the party has been completely overtaken by union hacks. This is occurring at a time when union membership is at its lowest level in decades. At the same time, these union leaders have abandoned their constituency of working class people in favor of their own business mates and corrupted deals. The party has also become beholden to inner city, noisy, left wing minority groups at the expense of its traditional core constituency of blue collar workers.

Add in a particularly shallow, weak leader with a questionable history of the way he treats woman ( Shorten was never cleared of rape allegations after being formally investigated by police for over 12 months ) and it was never going to quite as simple as the ABC predicted.

Re: Scott Morrison Really Needs To Learn Some Manners

As we all know it is hard to portray sarcasm in a post and I obviously got it wrong for the majority of audience that read these posts. After completeing it I came across a similar comment in the news so should have just waited then just cut and pasted a link.

The way you say your comment would have one believe he booked a holiday last minute to get away from the smoke enveloping the lower east coast of Australia. If this was the case he could have quitely gone north but I think you will find these things are organised well in advance and take some planning. In hindsight from a political point he should have cancelled and this would have been discussed with advisers which I am sure have realised the mistake they have made.

I don't vote or follow any of the major parties so am not defending them in anyway and if there was a party for protecting native fauna and wildlife I would vote that and I don't mean the greens.

Georgina Downer, lying through her teeth, sees nothing wrong with the ad. Not surprising given she's the daughter of the parliament bugging war criminal, Alexander.

Re: Scott Morrison Really Needs To Learn Some Manners

i must agree, we are very nation of short memory.

will i be still going on about this issue in say 'july'

i doubt it, unless we are still having bushfires.

we get media overload, its just natural something else will take this disasters place for us to be ranting about.

govt relies on it.

ALL govts.

doesnt mean this disaster isnt important, just we have a short attention span.

another reason i thank those who dont drop the ball, that keep reminding us of why we need good govt with leaders who lead.

btw, isnt there other MPs other than scomo?

where are they?

their silence is deafening!

i had a thought when i saw those poor people boarding the navy ship that Dutto would decide they were 'BOAT PEOPLE' and send them to manus!

Thats why we rejected her political advances three times in my electorate. I met and talked to her at a political phorum and while extremely intelligent and capable, she came across as untrustworthy, only interested in herself and willing to sell the electorate out in favour of the Liberal party any day of the week. Basically very two faced. She went last on my voting card every time and I often vote Liberal.
