Why produce evil "chemtrails" in broad daylight, and above your head ?  Night-time would be better/secret, or if the evil chemtrailing fliers do not like the dark, I would suggest do it when it is cloudy.

However P7,  if the evil chemtrailers  deliberately target your head  every week,  they would need  daylight and clear visibility to "lock on" to such a soft  target.
