And thats ok i really dont like him.......AT ALL. My husband and I have been waiting for this moment for many years. He & his wife have made us very miserable.
His funeral was on Wednesday. We may have joked about turning up in fiesta gear clacking canasta's. I may have even had a dash of vodka with my evening meal to celebrate his life and to also celebrate the shed application that happened to coincide with the week of his death.
However something last night unsettled me and I would like to your advice on. At around 2am this morning i awoke (well actually i was dreaming but i was in my bed if that makes sense) I could hear my neighbour talking and he was muttering how much he hates cats and that he was going to poison them. Even in death is this guy still going to keep giving me the **bleep**s?! Any spooky dooky people out there that can advise me on dealing with a dead neighbour cat controller? Whilst I'm not an overly spiritual person I KNOW IT WAS HIM!

are you absolutely, positive he is dead? did you attend the funeral to make sure?

Well a funeral notice went in the paper and that needs a death certificate and a lot of people went to the church so I'm guessing he is. But his wife is a right cow so he may have faked it just to annoy her. Certainly wasted the ambulance operators time if he is a phony!

Only when your cat dies

It's your subconcious working through your feelings towards this fellow. Even if he was detestable, celebrating the death of such a repugnant person, who probably didn't want a bar of getting to know or be with his Creator in the afterlife, is never a healthy thing.
I would say just let go of everything that has happened between you, as it will affect your life more than his! (His day is well and truly done).
In other words, make peace with your past so it won't screw up your present or future. Forgive him.
P.S. I don't think your cats are in jeopardy.

well that's a bit pointless.....you would pray for protection.
Here is a prayer to St Francis of Assisi:
Good St. Francis, you loved all of God's creatures.
To you they were your brothers and sisters.
Help us to follow your example
of treating every living thing with kindness.
St. Francis, Patron Saint of animals,
watch over my pet
and keep my companion safe and healthy.
Amen.
