So now We are One.

So now We are "One". What does that mean?

Does it mean we now recognise we are a multicultural society and do not support racism? Does it mean will will no longer discriminate between the ethnic races? Will we advocate for financial equality for all Australians where people do not get extra benefits because of their race? Will all Australians take the knee when white, black or ethnic Australians suffer a wrongful death because all lives matter? Will the historical resentment and hate heal?

Somehow I don't think so.

From yur link.

This reflected Prince Philip's surname. In 1947, when Prince Philip of Greece became naturalised, he assumed the name of Philip Mountbatten as a Lieutenant in the Royal Navy.

As Prince Philip of Greece he didn't have a surname. When he became a naturalised British Citizen he renounced his royal titles and took the surname Mountbatten - an Anglicised version of his Mother's family name. And he married the then Princess Elizabeth as Lieutenant Philip Mounbatten.

Oh, and his family had been banished from Greece when he was only a boy, and it's a fair bet the government had cancelled any citizenship rights he had in that country - so rather than being Greek he was probably stateless.

Banter - banter.

Whatever the circumstances - he was still - PHILLIP OF GREECE.

You're becoming more and more well-known for this type of behaviour. Wouldn't it be better to just ignore a poster rather than show disrespect to them just because you don't agree with what they have posted or you have a dislike for them?

Or you could try and debate them.

There is debate over this. His father's surname was Shchleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glucksburg. But like the British royals he was addressed as Philip, Duke of Shchleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glucksburg, which he renounced to marry Liz. Who knows what the truth is?

"the royal family are not even British"...

a large percentage of Britain's population is not "even British"...

Are you referring here to Celtic British, Romano British, AngloSaxon British, Scandinavian British or Norman British?

No, I'm referring to the Indo-British and the Afro-British.

But British, every bit as much as the royal family, even if they did originate from different countries.
