Are you by any chance trying to comment on the fact that some of LNP promises will not make it through the senate?  Well, I re-call that Kev07 went to the elections with the policy of introducing emissions trading scheme; in that time about 70% of Australians believed that was the right thing to do, yet the LNP would not let it through senate.  

The fact about this election, as already mentioned above several times, is that it was not a majority of people who voted for TA.  While enough of them voted in a way to get LNP government,  they voted such a way that he will not have control of the senate.  Hopefully, that will spare us the most harebrained, expensive and damaging LNP plans.
