Spoon Rests! What A Totally Superflous Kitchen Item!

I often see them in the op shops and think pffft, what a useless item. As if you couldn't use a saucer or whatever you have at hand while you're cooking. Making bolognese tonight I just rested the spoon on the side of the can.

amber can be the cinderella character - forced to scrub the kitchen with bleach.

sineater and crikey would be fabulous as the stepsisters

stawka could be the prince who whisks amber away from the evils of bleaching, and there they will live happily ever after in their chemical free kitchen and eat grooblie risotto to their heart's content.
