Swedes - what the heck do I do with them?

I saw that on a cooking show once , you could even roll them in some kind of herb mixture too to make them more exciting.

I might slice them thin, cover them with salts and herbs and bake them.

I should have enough chips to last a decade...

lol, did you plant that many.

although very shortly  we will be inundated with chokos,  the jeruselum artichokes we have loads of them as well , the OH eats them I am not keen on them they have a taste all of their own you either like them or you don't.

Eat them?? You can just boil/steam them and eat them like you would pumpkin or sweet potato... Or put them in a soup or stew
