Swedes - what the heck do I do with them?

I have a garden full of them.

Well I have made my chips.

Sliced them nice and thin. Baked them in my special mix of fresh rosemary, salt and olive oil.

All I can say is....YUK!

People actually pay money at the grocery story for what has got to be the most tasteless, chewy vegetable in the world? WHY? :_|

why not donate a bag full there i'm sure they would appreciate it, we have taken excess amounts of veg there before and they thrilled.
