I have just green slipped and registered our two cars.  

Wish I could spend that much on something I really want

I did my car rego last week. $30 to register the car $110 taxes. The CTP is a killer.

Pink slip x 2 @ $36.40 (plus two new tyres)

Green slip x 2 @ $401.45

Rego fee $60 + $270 motor vehicle tax for one car

Rego fee $60 + $220 motor vehicle tax tax for the other.

Total = $1489.70 !!!!!!  and then there's the comprehensive insurance to come yet

That was for 6mths, annually the Rego  & CTP is $656.
