Tas mentioned there was a good thread on - What's for Dinner.
Seems it ended up - a bit ' snooty '.
So - no fancy - dancy - stuff - just good fresh ideas for dins.
Oh - & Freddie - just loved the zucchini slice - if you could just put it here one more time - I swear not to lose it again.
And please - this time add the - zucchinis. lol.

I have spent all afternoon catching up with a friend at the club, had roast lamb for lunch, and certainly dont feel like anything
for dinner. Didn't have any alcohol, only orange juice. I behaved myself.

We think we have solved the mystery.
We had to use the cone of silence.
Now just have to wait for Cheese Cake 2.
Still waiting for another person to post, with their results.

@kopenhagen5wrote:It's the Cambodian new year so I had Cambodian fried rice noodles with bean shoots, onion, egg, dried shrimp, peanuts.
Drizzled with a sweet n sour sauce.
Marinated char grilled beef sticks on the side.
You eat some nice foods.(and I fell for the baked bean story)
I eat quite basic foods, except for pastries etc.
Not into trying new foods.
But that doesn't stop me from appreciating and accepting what others eat.

Ah, rissoles with onion gravy.....that brings back lovely memories of when I was a litte girl (back when dinosaurs roamed the earth).
My mother went back to work when I was 7 so the evening meal was usually something quick like a grill with steamed/boiled veges.
My grandmother was a school teacher and came to our place every Monday afternoon to stay for dinner. She knew I adored rissoles so one afternoon she picked up some mince on her way. Mum arrived home to a lovely meal of rissoles with onion gravy. It very quickly became a Wednesday night ritual and I loved it probably more than the Sunday roast lamb.
