Tas mentioned there was a good thread on - What's for Dinner.
Seems it ended up - a bit ' snooty '.
So - no fancy - dancy - stuff - just good fresh ideas for dins.
Oh - & Freddie - just loved the zucchini slice - if you could just put it here one more time - I swear not to lose it again.
And please - this time add the - zucchinis. lol.
Here - tonight - Chicken Schnit's with salad.

Thanks for this Domino, what a nice thing to do thank you ... hope everyone joins in.
Hey Joe, good to see you again ... xx
Did someone say "Pizza"? I'm not very good at making the base, it usually ends up mega-chewy but can be sucked carefully and the topping is always nice so that makes up for it.
Next week, I'm going to attempt to make a "Continental Cake" again .. one of those cakes where multiple thin layers of cake are piled up with a fake cream in between each layer and then a chocolate ganache poured over the top.
Last time I tried that, the ganache and fake cream filling worked really well, but we won't go into what happened with the cake layers. Let's just say it had similarities to the Leaning Tower of you know where ...

Waving to the Bear
I love turkey, as 'snizzles' or any other way. It used to be quite hard to get in Tasmania unless it was getting close to Christmas, but that has really improved now.

I'm making our own "not cross buns" this year, but have to cheat and use the bread maker to make the dough or I'll run out of daylight hours.

nokedli porkolt ..... I'm almost too scared to ask .... I'll look forward to seeing that Joe, what a great name for it (whatever it is).
I have to run right now and get some work done before midnight.
Looking forward to seeing some favourite recipes here that we can share and try ... even some from the 19th and 20th century would be nice ...
