What would you buy a guy who loves taking pics...more landscape, buildings type thing?

There seems to be stuff around to help with macro etc but I don't know enough about photography to look for relevant stuff he might like....help !!

I'd be inclined to give a gift card, if my son and brother are anything to go buy they are pretty set on what they do and don't like, I wouldn't even attempt to figure out what to buy them (to do with photography)
