OK I'll admit it....I quite liked the Woolies Dominoes when I got a stack of them with my groceries, that I decided that for once I'd try and collect them. (Usually I don't bother hence the bits and pieces of Oz animals, Jamie's cards and goodness knows what else langushing in a plastic bag somewhere).
However I made it difficult for myself by not colleting the Disney characters but just the domino pips so I'd have a full set to play the traditional game. I managed to get a few from friends then I had to turn to eBay where I found more.
And now I'm down to just one more to collect. Only problem is, on eBay of course sellers are listing them by the characters. Only a few mention the backs. Thankfully some of them I have messaged checked their stock for me and I was able to buy from them....but that last darn domino is proving most elusive! I've emailed a few more sellers but no luck so far.
Is there anyone out there with a spare Double Five? Help! ![]()

Thanks have been said (as pointed out) but my final post is pending because the story isn't over yet until the last domino arrives. ![]()

The last domino has finally arrived!
Thank you very much daydream believer for keeping one for me just in case....I reckon having a back up plan struck a blow for Murphy's Law. ![]()
I've enjoyed reading (nearly) all the replies....but I wonder what Woolies will come up with next?
Whatever it is.....I must resist the impulse to collect.
For me the domino story still has a few things in the pipeline. I've got plans to cover the backs (no more Disney) and I've got a box to make to store them. Should be fun. I like doing craft stuff.

They're clearing the handy folder to store them in - $2 each
Also the tins are going cheap

No thanks. I've bought them to play dominoes, not collect all the backs, so I don't have 'all' the series.. I want to put mine in a box like you'd have for a toy store bought game of dominoes.
