Ahh morning all. So many smiling Mums and Dads in town today.:-D

I love my kids, but I love them more when they are not fighting with each other.

Been in and met Eidann's teacher. He (teacher) is new to the school this year. Hopefully he sees the whole year out. I say this because the teacher Eidann has, is not the teacher that originally got the job last year. The other two have excellent teachers. Very happy there.

Mason starts high school today. He was very nervous heading off, because he had no idea what he was meant to be doing, or where he was going. I have since been told they will be directed into the gym when they get off the bus, and issued their timetable.

Re: The Official West Australia Thread!

Don't they have a sorting hat at Mason's school, Mouse? (sorry, couldn't resist that.)
I can understand his anxiety, but I'm sure withinn half an hour he'll be right as rain - and there'll be heaps of other kids feeling just as nervous.
My youngest grandchild starts high school today, too.

My eldest towers over me, and is taking on his 6ft 2 father. There would only be centimeters seperating them now.

Re: The Official West Australia Thread!

I'm 5.8 and I did manage to stay taller than DD. All but one my sons are over 6ft though, and my 18 year old grandson is 6.3 or 6,4.
