Oh dear, this has developed into a cold, so have cancelled the breakfast I was going to with a friend. i was looking forward to it too, but not much point, I wouldn't be great company and I really get cross with people who spread their germs by going out into the public when they are sick.

Mind you, having said that I am going into work. No choice really:(
