Police to investigate Bowral death in custody

A man who died in police custody after being Tasered at a McDonald's restaurant in Mittagong had been on a three-day "ice" binge before his death, his girlfriend says.

Police said the roof tiler, from Mittagong, was acting aggressively when officers tried to arrest him at the Bowral Road restaurant.

The officers used a Taser and capsicum spray to subdue Mr Norris, before handcuffing him and taking him to the police station, where he slumped to the ground and died.

Yes they are subjected to a yearly fitness test.

May I ask if you have every seen anyone off their face on ice ??

We had a accident out the front of our place where the driver was on ice.  It took 8 policemen and 4 ambulance officer to get him into the paddy wagon.

Yes, I live in the city so have seen it and it is scary. I would think 8 trained fit people could control ONE with ease.

Lots of policeman that I see couldn't catch me if they tried to chase me along the beach to be honest, too many of them are overweight, short, often female and tiny and not equipped to deal with ice addicts.

if you don't resist when you get caught doing whatever it is you do that is illegal, you will have nothing to fear.

as far as i am concerned if you take one swing at a copper, instant tasser. whether there is 1 cop or 300

One of our Local cops is 6 feet tall and Gorgeous, I would not run fast at all 🙂
