Re: The choice to use a taser isn't a safe one

Methinks the OP is more about righteous indignation than anything else 😉

I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

Me thinks if her nice little abode in lovely Bondi Beach was fire bombed and ransacked by a wild mob,

she would be the first on the phone to the Police.

Probably the same type as occurs in certain areas of the world where wild fires occur, they now EXPECT

Water bombing Helicopters and aircraft over head their street fighting the fires and very quick to get onto

whoever to complain if they aren't seen and heard.

How about re writing what you are trying to say so I can clearly understand what you are getting at.

Using a taser is always safe for the Police, it's the Darwin award nominees who might be adversely affected

but the cops don't know he has been on an ice bender, all they know is he beat up on a woman / his missus.

Had it been me or the war department (lefties both)  he wouldn't have had the opportunity to do it a second time.  Your willingness to permit it speaks volumes.

Excuse me?   What a disgusting remark.

What do you think I should have done?

No answer yet?

Perhaps the kudos givers of similar character will answer?

Well, WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST THE POLICE DO from your Safe Ivory tower in Bondi Beach ??????????

Have you ever been part of a baying mob or on the other side of a baying mob of people ?

You have already got 2 police injured. How many more need to be before they are allowed to tackle the offender ?

Or does his girlfriend need to be severely beaten up for you to OK the use of them ?

HHmmmmmm interesting thoughts to say the least and says so much about the person.....

So based on that  and in your thinking its OK to bash the police, terrify  the young staff at MacDonald’s  and do whatever else he may have done.

I take it based on that as well you wouldnt have any qualms at all if he bashed the young staff at McDonalds  (maybe even killed someone)  as long as the taser wasnt used...

So in your vast experience dealing with these types of people and the vast amount of training you have had what would you have done to stop this out of control person without anymore people getting hurt?
