I can just imagine them experiencing some of these emotions as they read through some of the stuff that we write.

It appears the unshaven underbat with his duffel coat is sitting sidesaddle?
Perhaps the image depicts him at his various stages of life. They all have that cowlick at the back of the head.

oh, I thought that one was underbat
I was a 'rude girl' and my boyfriend was a punk, with a very long mohawk. We went to the school formal- (no photos!) and I had my hair shaved to a number 2, I came home to get ready, and there was my mother sewing a bondage strap onto my boyfriends tartan trousers! She freaked out when she saw my hair- and refused to speak to me until it grew. I had to wear a hat, even indoors when I spoke to her.
Many years later we reminisced and laughed until we cried, but I must have been a terror to her. Just a bit. Miss you Mum.

My Nan told me she wouldn't speak to me until my black and orange stripes were cut off, my hair was a 2 or 3. I saw her in town the very next day and she couldn't ignore me but oh how she tried.
I would bleach it white and dye it all sorts.

There was so much good music back in those days. Madness, Style Council, The Beat and even the Pretenders a bit.
One song I am trying to remember and it is still played on the radio these days sometimes. Today's mods are the third wave. It started back in the 60's.
