Nap time for me

Teenager brought 4 friends home last night and decided to have a party till 4 am this morning
And then they finally all feel asleep ( drunk ) and then about 5 someone smashed into a pole about 12 houses down the street , do that woke me and then the ambulance and police sirens ,,, they blocked of the road till about 8 am
Then I had to get up at 7.30 because they where coming to install my smart meter , didn't turn up till 12.30 ( just a few hrs late )
Now house is quiet and I'm going to have a sleep
Ha ha probably won't happen , remembering the show is on and only 500 metres from here

I bet you were upset with the teenager, did you ground them? I'm not sure what I'd do if my kid behaved like that when he was a teen... probably ground him or withdraw financial services lol. Fortunately, he didn't ever do things like that (lucky for him .. and me )

its a hard one really 

At least when they are here I know where they are , as they have all just turned 18 in the last few months 

there not out on the street getting bashed up ( as its a real worry these days ) and we are here and able to take them home when required 

It was the first time they have had a few drinks and we provided a safe place for them to do so 

I am a pretty strict Mum , but Im also lucky to have a pretty good kid and his friends are not a bad lot

No such thing as a perfect teenager, at least yours is doing it in front of you and not behind your back.

My 14 year old grand daughter tells me she has a BOY FRIEND, I said OK I want to meet him, he has to pass the family test LOL

She said she would bring him around but I was not to embarrass him.

Well at least we will meet him, he actually carries her bag home from school for her

Teenager always tells me what hes been doing , sometimes its lah lah hands over ears too much information 

one of his mates is here now , hes having a bit of trouble with his car and OH is outside teaching how to fix it
