I picked up a good tip yesterday Puddles about how to lock the focus for close up shots on my iPhone.
Thank you to whoever posted that because I can't remember who it was.

I don't think there has been much talk on the photo chat thread about the tech side, shutter speeds , length exposure ect, I think that goes on on the other Photographic thread.
I did ask about someones camera yesterday but no crime there is there?
Why should we pm each other, threads are for chatting to each other, we can then at least share with those interested.
I scroll past posts that do not interest me,.
My eyes glaze over political stuff.

i think i'd agree with that. closeup/macro,it's different... which brings me to ask...
would i be better off trying to shoot a coin from an angle? i mean, should i put the coin at an angle, and try to shoot straight on the angle?
geez,i'm not making any sense,i think...
i tried laying it flat, and shooting from directly above, and it's icky. then i tried standing it up against a book and shooting straight at it. still icky.
dangitall. either it's too dark,or it has flashburn that blows out the detail of the engraving...this is bugging me no end ! i could do this with my 35mm camera, why can't i do it with this stupid digital camera???? gggrrrr.....:(
sorry,i'm very frustrated with this!
should i post this vent elsewhere? 🙂

I want to complain that I have nothing to complain about.
I dont care if I see the same animal or Joes Undies.
I think it just great that so many people take photos and most have a good time doing it 🙂 🙂 🙂
