Think the boards have changed

I just posted a reply to a question in the Answer Centre - Buying that was posted on 23.02.2021 - this question has now moved to the top of the Answer Centre in the new boards format (hope it is not just a Friday glitch)

yes, I couldn't copy & paste from youtube (for the song thread) so had to upload video instead....kept telling me 'post flooding'

You don't copy and paste twyn - extend your toolbar, click on the movie camera and put in the URL

The biggest issue I can see now is the fact that eBay will not lock old threads in the buying and selling boards.

What seems to be happening is old threads [back to 2013] are being brought up, but because the original OP's question is appearing on the top of each page, some of us are responding to the OP and not someone who has later added a query.

Basically it is like hi-jacking a thread, as we read we can easily scroll past another addition (if more than one has been made) and that person who asked the latest Q is not getting answered any better than if the thread was not foating to the top.

eBay really need to fix this - it is so simple >

Remove the suggestions that pop up when a member begins typing, and just let them ask a new Q, why can't eBay do this ?

Now all we have to overcome is the thread jumping to the last post, instead of having to scroll to the bottom of the page and changing the page number.

Hahaha  Click on Richo's thread and see where you end up.

Richo's thread takes me to the year 2014 every time.

Every other thread takes me to the last post, but not Richo's thread.

No, nothing....no wonder I can't play the games (would atm have to scroll through pages since 2010).....through 16000 odd replies

I'm using an Android & a PC - both have page numbers - are you sure you are scrolling down far enough. lol

You will have to shoot me - I think I'm going mad....NO PAGE NUMBERS....no threads make any sense as everything is all over the place.....no consistency (posts are just 'plonked' wherever they feel like it....is it wine o'clock?
