As you can see it is still very much unfinished but I'll get there eventually.

The rubbish bin is made from corrugated cardboard.

WOW, that is fantastic. Very impressed. The company next to ours do miniature structures for architects, councils and the like. Are yours for a specific purpose?

My scene, Fleur, is vaguely reminiscent of my Dad.  It's a garden table, a dunny (with a toilet roll and a newspaper), pot plants, a chair, an ashtray, a pipe, a can of beer, a glass, a hat, some garden tools, some bricks ... all in a container the size of a large shoe box.  

No pattern, I just make it up.

That is so interesting.  My garden scene is reminiscent of my grandparents from London.  As you can see they had the outside toilet which had a bench seat,  not like a normal toilet.  I searched for so long to find the backdrop over the fence that looked like a London background but ended up with one of Manhattan.   I wonder whether my grandparents would have minded that I moved them from London to New York.
