Yes, time does fly.  I've had my own medical emergency and I can say that it changes things.

It certainly does change things. It changed everything for us and led us to where we are now. It is weird, but I wouldn't change a thing. 3 years seems like so long ago but also soooo much like just yesterday.

Time really has gone by fast. It doesn't seem that long ago to me sitting on the outside.

We had a really great day yesterday. Church first thing and then just spent it out and about with the family and then a family dinner. It was really peaceful and it wasn't until later in the evening that it really hit us how much our lives have changed since then. We have all grown so much physically and emotionally and spiritually. Life isn't easy by any stretch of the imagination but it really has made us realise what and who is important.
