Why can't the weekly winner host and we go by the original rules

I think the winners of each weeks challenge are happy to start off new threads or ask someone to do it for them, as has been done all along.I don't see that someone else can just decide to take it upon themselves to announce they're taking it over and changing the rules

it is a good thread for the community, yes, i agree, but has it run it's course? i don't care either way if it dies in the arrs or who hosts it

i would continue to participate if i can post with the themes either way

i think poddy with his photography experience is a good candidate though, coz it looks like the original author has done the bolt, and maybe someone like him should take control

Umm, what the hell happened? Why isn't Pimpy still involved in the threads? If Pimpy doesn't want to be involved why can't the winner start the new thread, this makes sense to me.
